Built in 1732 for the Earls of Aberdeen, the crisp Georgian exterior of this beautiful home belies its palatial late Victorian interior filled with fine art, furniture, and an amazing family history spanning 600years of the great and noble Gordon family.

A delightful garden of rose terrace, fountain, herbaceuos, and commemorative trees leads on into a 200acre landscaped park of lakes, walks, woodland and monuments.

Visitor facilities include Shop, Tearoom, plant sales, guided tours and events, an d many parts of the property have good access for the disabled. Group visits during and outwith published opening hours welcome, but should be pre-booked.

As home to one of the principal branches of the Gordon family, Haddo is hosting some of the "Gordon 2000" highland homecoming events in August. See www.gordon2000.co.uk for details.
